Neil Young did two versions of this song: a soft, mellow acoustic version with C,S, N,&Y, and a much harder, kick-ass version with Crazy Horse.

    I have to say that the acoustic version has long been one of my favorite Neil Young Songs. "Don't let it bring you down" may be my all time fav.
